It is definitely my Favourite Book Shop in SA — I love Browsing through Book stores in general, but Skoobs is an Experience that I just can't get enough of! I can wander around there for hours, making sure to either get a delicious Latte ... or if I feel like spoiling myself after a long week, a glass of Champagne, and now with their Soups at Skoobs Promotion, I hope Skoobs will be organising a Bed for me to stay in, so I'll never have to leave!

Chef Benny, who is the Masterchef SA Judge and Tsogo Sun Executive Chef at the SunSquare Montecasino hotel’s MondoVino Restaurant has created 3 Delectable Soups include Creamy Potato and Leek Soup with Blue Cheese; Lamb Shin and Lentil; and Minestrone — all with his unique Flair for Flavours.
He notes, “The selection of soups ensures there is something for everyone, whatever your preference. All are Hot and Hearty and will satisfy your appetite while the wonderful selection of books in Skoobs will satisfy your soul. To me it is the perfect way to while away the hours on a cold winter’s day.”
I don't know what you're doing this weekend, but I'll definitely be going back to Skoobs for another bowl of Soup and a Good Book, the vibe is just Amazing!

Head menswear designer, Chris Vogelpoel, describes Summer 2012/13 as a continuation of 46664Fashion’s “celebration of bright colours and bold contrasts”.
New standout colours and stripe designs of the sought-after Golfer's will bring a Vivid Explosion of Colour and Contrast to your Wardrobe, while the distinctive shweshwe detailing will continue to bring an African touch. There are plenty of blazers, chinos and jeans to choose from ... so Gentlemen, no more excuses of having nothing to wear!
Ladieswear:
Barbara Tosalli, Head womenswear designer, has 'upped the ante' on the prints and colours that are fast becoming her signature across the Range: “If a print doesn’t come out and bite you from afar, I don’t want it in the range,” Tosalli says of her super-sexy and infinitely wearable Summer 2012/13 range.
From Wild, Inventive Animal Prints to colours that make a statement and, always, a host of incredible details, 46664Fashion Womenswear 2012/13 is the first-choice for women who are looking for dynamic fashion wear. There are definitely a few items that I wouldn't mind getting 'In my Hands'.

The New Addition to my Wardrobe ...
I would like to introduce to you the new addition to my Shoe Closet (and my Handbag): My Beautiful New Pair of Pale Gold Folding Ballerina Pumps from Butterfly Twists! ...
I received these darling little pumps as a gift at the Launch Event of the Butterfly Twists Pop-Up Shop in Morningside Shopping Centre.
Honestly, it was a blessing in disguise as I was wearing my 6-inch heels the whole evening and at the end of the night my feet were a bit tired, so I decided to give the Butterfly Twist Pumps a try while I was driving home. And WOW!!! It was as if my feet were on Clouds from the second I slid my feet in!! The drive home was nothing short of Amazing! Not to mention they looked super cute on my feet ...
The BEST part about these little shoes is: as soon as you're done wearing them, you fold them up and pop them into a little pouch (which you receive with every purchase) and put them in your handbag for the next time your feet get tired and need a break. What a Glorious Idea, and my feet are very thankful and happy too!
All I'm trying to say is if you L♥VE your Feet, be kind to them and make sure you get down to the Butterfly Twists Pop-Up Shop in Morningside Shopping Centre and get your hands on (or should I rather say 'feet in') a pair of Butterfly Twists!! It'll be the BEST investment you ever make!
Q-rious to see what happened at the Launch? ... You can see what I wore to the launch at around ±1min; look out for a Cobalt Blue Lace Dress and Black Cardigan and my 6-inch high heels ...

Marchesa Resort 2013
I adore Dresses ... but Dresses from Marchesa take my breathe away!! The designs are always ultra Feminine and Quaint with the perfect amount of Drama! Not to mention, that the Label is practically synonymous with big red-carpet names...
Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig's Marchesa Resort 2013 Collection included a flurry of bejewelled necklines, feathers, embroidery, lace, crystals, and enough tulle to outfit an Entire Russian Ballet Company.
Chapman said she was thinking about English gardens when she was working on the new range, which explains the vibrant pink hues.
Seeing as their clients come back to them for white dresses, they aim to please, especially during the pre-collections, which they described as their "customer-directed" seasons.
The Marchesa Resort 2013 collection is utterly perfect for those dreamy summer nights in enchanted gardens.
All I can say is Celebrity stylists will be vying with each other for first dibs at these Gorgeous Dresses!

Fashion Illustrator: JSK
Illustrating is one of my Favourite pastimes, and when I found this interesting illustrator, I had to share him with you. JSK is a freelance Fashion Illustrator and Art Director based in Sydney and Seoul...
As the founder and creative brain behind his personal brand Susu, he created the Susu Girls: the thin, long legged, short-haired characters, which are JSK's signature style illustration.
A Susu Girl is a unique individual who is drawn to something edgy; who loves trends but is not afraid to explore and follow her intuition. Susu represents a confident woman who is truly 'of the moment'.
Susu is noted for its quirky, curious ('Q-rious'), cute yet sexy designs — A harmonious blend of playful juxtapositions.
Since then, his recent clients are Bloomingdale’s, style.com Korea, Vogue Korea, W Korea, and GQ Korea amongst others (Now that's an impressive list!)

Mugler’s Japanese Resort
I Love the Thierry Mugler Brand, and I am really enjoying how creative director Nicola Formechetti and designer Sébastien Peigné look to build a new image for the Mugler brand...
The Mugler resort 2013 collection provides a fabulous glimpse of the possibilities the future brings, offering a cohesive outing of streetwear looks with a strong Japanese influence.
Structured silhouettes in a color palette of white, red, grey, black and powder pink set the tone for the new season with a futuristic direction.
Tailored, Clean and Cutting-edge Concepts ultimately dominate and challenge our notions of how edginess should be represented. Despite the Statement Value that inevitably became a trademark of the Label, wearability is a hugely important aspect for each and every look.
Pants and skirts are high-waisted while tops feature strong, almost boxy shoulders.
I really think that the Resort 2013 Collection marks one of Formechetti and Peigné’s most solid collections yet and I'm very Q-rious to see what they will offer in the future.
